Our Story:
Treeline Realty Corp. opened in 2007. Kristen Pell joined Treeline Realty as a sales associate in 2009. Surviving the economy crash with a new energy and understanding, she quickly grew her business. The Pell Team was formed in 2012 and climbed up the ranks to one of the top-producing teams in Southwest Florida. In 2016, Kristen Pell filled the position of Broker/Owner at Treeline Realty. With a 1-year-old and thriving team at the time, Kristen accepted the added challenge of business-ownership and career-growth opportunities. Being one of the youngest Broker's in town, this fueled her efforts to prove her leadership abilities. She has attracted some of the best local Realtors and created a family-like culture that has bred long-term loyalty. The bond shared among staff, agents, and customers have shaped their strong foundation & commitment to excellence, causing the brokerage to rise to the TOP 3% of all production in Southwest Florida.
