Corkscrew Grove Villages

Corkscrew Grove Villages is planned near the convergence of Collier County, Lee County, and Hendry County, bringing together two thoughtfully designed mixed-use communities, each spanning roughly 1,500 acres. These neighborhoods will be surrounded by more than 6,000 acres of conserved land, creating a setting that blends development with preservation. The vision is to offer residents a well-rounded lifestyle—where they can live, grow, and stay connected to the area’s natural environment.

The Corkscrew Grove Villages concept is planned to include the following key components:

• Two master-planned villages of approximately 1,500 acres each, identified as East Village at Corkscrew Grove and West Village at Corkscrew Grove
• Roughly 6,000 acres set aside for long-term conservation and protected open space
• About 4,500 residential units planned within each village
• Around 280,000 square feet of commercial development in each village, intended to support a mix of uses such as retail shops, restaurants, office space, medical services, and light industrial businesses
• Approximately 70,000 square feet per village allocated for civic and community needs, including potential sites for schools, places of worship, county facilities, and emergency services like fire and EMS

Located where Collier County, Lee County, and Hendry County meet, Corkscrew Grove Villages is planned as two active mixed-use communities, each about 1,500 acres, thoughtfully integrated with more than 6,000 acres of preserved conservation land.

The development also benefits from convenient regional access, including proximity to major transportation and key destinations such as:

Q2 of 2027 is the anticipated approval of SFWMD application. Q2 of 2028 is the anticipated approval of 404 Dredge and Fill permits.
