2018 changes for Treeline Realty has been extensive. We’ve grown our Treeline Family and increased our marketing efforts, allowing our production to move from the top 5% to 3% in all of Southwest Florida. 2018 was a pivotal year for our amazing company! We took a strong look at what we could improve upon and refine. We started the year strong by moving to a beautiful new building with a more modern feel. This really started a new shift for the better. We have invested extensively in marketing and placed more tools in our agent's tool belt. We developed a new training method and built a robust infostructure for new and existing agents. We added a new CRM (customer relations management) program for our agents to ensure streamlined and state-of-the-art messaging. As we climb to the top 1%, we our agents can communicate with every current, future & past client in a fast and efficient manner.
Our 2018 year wasn’t one of constant sunshine and rainbows. Due to an influx of new construction, coupled with over-saturated resale inventory, we were challenged to create new marketing methods. This trend is predicted by many economists to continue on into 2020. We look at our demographic in a new light, putting ourselves in their shoes to envision what they truly need. Even though we have a few tried and true ideas, 2019 will be a good year of perfecting this.
Our 2019 theme is to “Be a Doer”. 2018 was the year of new beginnings and building a new, better Treeline brand. With 2019 approaching, we are committed to continuing our momentum of investing in brand awareness and training our agents to utilize the Treeline tools that improve our client's lives.
