Lower Priced Models Coming to Babcock Ranch
Lennar is joining the roster of builders at Babcock Ranch, the nation’s first solar-powered town. Kitson & Partners announced an agreement for a mix of twin-villas and single-family homes at price points within reach for a broader range of homebuyers.
“The neighborhood located southeast of Founders Square, adjacent to our permanent school site and community park, will include approximately 180 homes,” said Syd Kitson, Chairman and CEO of Kitson & Partners. “We are excited to be working with Lennar to expand access to the environmentally-friendly, active lifestyle we are creating at Babcock Ranch.”
“Since 1954, Lennar has had the privilege of helping hundreds of thousands of families across America move into the next stage of their lives with a new home,” said David Meyers, Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar Homes. “With communities in some of the most desirable cities in the nation, Lennar homes cater to all stages of life: first home, move-up home, or a multigenerational home to accommodate changing family needs”
Twin-villas at Lennar’s Babcock Ranch neighborhood will start at around $180,000, with single-family homes starting in the $220s. The new Lennar neighborhood will be in the area marked Phase 2A, just south of the community park. Click here to view the site plan.
