This month, we're excited to launch a new series where our real estate agents have the opportunity to select and introduce some of their favorite local business owners for a special interview and a free mini shoot here at our office. We are proud to present our very first feature with Hannah Moser, the founder of Hannah Moser Interiors, nominated by our real estate agent, Jenn Swartz, Realtor.
Congratulations Hannah!
"I’ve always believed that homes are sacred spaces where families grow, connect, and make long-lasting memories. That belief isn’t just a philosophy—it’s personal. Being adopted at a young age shaped the foundation of who I am and why Hannah Moser Interiors exists. My journey truly began at the age of 3 when I left the home I once knew and stepped into an entirely new chapter of life. By God’s grace, that chapter led me to a loving Christian family. Growing up in a home full of love and faith, helped me learn the power of an intentional space. Today, I design homes that are more than just beautiful; they’re places where love thrives, faith grows, and families bond.
I often joke that I’ve been “family-obsessed” my whole life, but there’s truth in that. My adoption experience made me acutely aware of the importance of family and belonging. It’s why this business is deeply personal. My childhood wasn’t just about the pretty parts of home life—it was about the love, faith, and intentionality that made our house a haven. Those values drive everything I do now. I design spaces that celebrate family and encourage connection because I know firsthand how important that is.
Running a business has taught me one thing for sure: no one will ever care about your dream as much as you do. That’s been my biggest realization. While I’ve been blessed with support from family and friends, at the end of the day, this business thrives or stalls based on my decisions. One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn is tuning out the noise—whether it’s doubt, unsolicited advice, or fear—and focusing on what I, my team, and God believe is best.
One of the most humbling setbacks came during my very first project. I thought I’d struck gold: someone wanted to help me “get started” by offering me a project. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear they wanted free work. On top of that, I was overwhelmed by outside opinions about what I should do. It could’ve broken me. But it didn’t. Instead, I leaned into my faith and kept going, making mood boards, promoting my work, and waiting for the right client. And guess what? That client came!
This year, I completed Project No. 101—a little girl’s bedroom that was just magical. It wasn’t just about making a cute room; it was about creating a space that will grow with her and her family’s memories. That project will always hold a special place in my heart.
But honestly, my proudest accomplishment is that I even get to do this at all. Six years ago, if you’d told me I’d be running my own business, I wouldn’t have believed you. By God’s grace, here I am. It’s surreal and deeply rewarding to live out a calling I never could’ve imagined for myself.
My advice to young entrepreneurs? Don’t quit, even when it feels like nothing is going right. Social media can be so deceptive—it’ll have you thinking everyone else is thriving while you’re struggling. Don’t fall for it. Keep pushing. The road isn’t always glamorous, but it’s worth it.
As for staying inspired? I turn to others in the creative field. Whether it’s Instagram, YouTube, or a beautifully crafted Pinterest board, seeing others create gives me energy. But more than that, I return to my “why.” Every step of this journey has been God-ordained, and remembering His faithfulness keeps me moving forward.
For me, this business is about more than just interior design. It’s about stewardship. We don’t just design homes; we design timeless spaces where love, faith, and family can flourish. Our mission is to help families experience the richness of connection and the joy of intentional living. We aim to bless others and share God’s love through every project we undertake.
In the coming years, we have some big dreams. We want to open two more locations and expand our team. But here’s the part I haven’t shared publicly yet: we’re working toward becoming a lifestyle brand. Imagine candles, home décor, clothing, and even custom Bibles—all designed with our signature blend of elegance and purpose. Our goal is to bring our message of faith, family, and intentionality to homes across the world.
One thing I’ve learned about myself is that I’m not a quitter. Even on the hardest days, I get up, dust myself off, and keep going. Balancing work and personal life, though? That’s still a work in progress. I’ll admit, I often get my best ideas after hours, so shutting my laptop down by 6 p.m. is easier said than done. But hey, we’re all a work in progress, right?"
Stay tuned for more interviews!
